Hey, it has been a while since I have posted anything on here. Well this is my most recent, completed short. Collaboration with Audra Macintyre and Laura Weiler.
This is my first experience with working in green screen. Which I found fairly easy to pick up on, once I understood the 'keying' and other facets of this specific editing process.
It turned okay pretty good after sleepless nights and tonnes of rendering.
Peace.

48 HOUR FLICK FEST TODAY!
Today, team "FLIM WINDSOR" (no spelling error here) embarks on a journey into world of shoot to edit. Yes that is right, today at 7pm the 48 Hour Flick Fest commences.
We will have my vx and slr readily available for behind the scenes stuff. Which I am sure during post we will be uploading photos and maybe clips here.
Side note: We have 'fanagled' food sponsorships for our project, keeping our minds open and stomachs full.
I hope to be uploading photos of our journey soon.
Keep an eye out over the next, lets say...12 hours.
Until then...peace
Eric Boucher.

I can explain.
If there really is anyone that visits this site and is interested in the content provided by the various contributors, I am personally sorry for the lack of updates.
I think I can speak for the contributors when I say that things are VERY hectic and busy, given the majority of the contributors are in school, not much time is thought about what to post next. However I am sure once Christmas break comes around and things settle just before the next semester begins, you will see some new work. This doesn't mean there is no new work now, just not ready for here.
Well that being said, this is nothing new. I came across this and remembered how much FUN it was to go on this 24 hr skate trip, hitting stellar spots with the homies and making this clip. Collectively I miss this very much.

48 HOUR FLICK FEST!
HYPE!
I was asked today to be apart of a small team that is participating in Windsor's first ever 48 Hour Film Festival.
The 48 Hour Film Fest is the "ultimate filmmaking challenge". With a tight deadline of 48 hours, crews of 8 are set with a line of dialogue, character and a prop that must be used in the film. Teams are responsible for their own cast, crew and any equipment they will need.
Rumor has it the suspected prize is cash towards the crews next film...
The date set for this Festival is November 2nd at 7:00PM and the due date is November 4th at 7:00PM. November 10th will be the screening of the films.
Visit here http://www.48hourflickfest.com/ for more information.
Hopefully I'll be able to keep the site updated with my crews production..
Till then peace!

h.e. is here!
hello! Im here to tell you of the latest... as you may or may not know (most likely not) I have a small T-shirt company, along with a good friend of mine. I mean small, and just still starting... originally it was just a couple shirts here and there, we took a small venture towards, then retracted... but now we are jumping back out with this. Its called Humble Empire and our T-shirts are hand drawn, low cost. and each shirt is original from the last, at times we will create the same shirt, in effect but much will differ from the last to the next. The site just got goin properly, and the other pages will be added within a short period of time. I recently moved and had the opportunity to paint the walls! here is what they look like. and this will be the location of our launch party! get wasted!!!

Social Justice.
So there was this project to create a five minute short. The short was to cover some sort of social justice or in-justice.
I had about 3-4 months to do this, I shot it all yesterday, edited all night, created a DVD cover and label all ready for this morning at 11:30am to hand in.
I'm going to make a second cut, smooth things out.
I would have made this quicktime ready, but its like a 30MB file so I just streamed it to vSocial.
Props to Steve, Josh, Rubina and Brandon.
Thankssssssssss.
