Vancouver-China-Town

I went to Vancouver last year over the holidays. This was where we got the best BBQ Pork I have ever eaten.
Well not in the alley, but to the right.

been a while...

but here we are.

I went searching for treasures a few months ago and found this Bell & Howell FILMOSONIC super 8 film camera. Seems to be in working condition.
I ordered film for a test roll about a month ago and it has finally arrived. I'm just waiting for a sunny day to take her out and shoot this roll.

Behind The Scenes Of : Roofless

This film was shot some time in December before Christmas. I was asked to take behind the scenes footage and stills. I took only a few Polaroid's. My next posts will consist of these behind the scenes photos and possibly video from time to time.
The character in the picture is "Bucky". He is a strung out crack head that is always trying to sell the main character questionable objects for drug money.
The cool thing about that cane in his hand is, the handle is actually a sword.

Polaroid's are not just for Polar Bears.

Hey,
I got my polaroid camera just before the Christmas Holiday's. I love this thing.
Film is expensive [a pack is almost as much as the actual camera]. But I still love it.
I am surprised I haven't posted any of these earlier. But I figured I would get to test out my new printer/scanner. It works really good.
Some of these are from my trip to Vancouver over the holidays. The others were taken around Windsor. Believe it or not, Windsor has some really cool stuff to work with.

Here goes nothing.

Experimental Video

Surveillance or the idea of public surveillance [big brother] has been around for years. I took the opportunity to create an experimental video that compliments that notion. A large part of the experiment was the interesting methodology behind capturing the images and their visual result.
I could go on and on with information behind the project but I will let the video speak for itself. Enjoy.
