Polaroid's are not just for Polar Bears.

Hey,
I got my polaroid camera just before the Christmas Holiday's. I love this thing.
Film is expensive [a pack is almost as much as the actual camera]. But I still love it.
I am surprised I haven't posted any of these earlier. But I figured I would get to test out my new printer/scanner. It works really good.
Some of these are from my trip to Vancouver over the holidays. The others were taken around Windsor. Believe it or not, Windsor has some really cool stuff to work with.

Here goes nothing.

Experimental Video

Surveillance or the idea of public surveillance [big brother] has been around for years. I took the opportunity to create an experimental video that compliments that notion. A large part of the experiment was the interesting methodology behind capturing the images and their visual result.
I could go on and on with information behind the project but I will let the video speak for itself. Enjoy.

Digital Media

Hey, it has been a while since I have posted anything on here. Well this is my most recent, completed short. Collaboration with Audra Macintyre and Laura Weiler.
This is my first experience with working in green screen. Which I found fairly easy to pick up on, once I understood the 'keying' and other facets of this specific editing process.
It turned okay pretty good after sleepless nights and tonnes of rendering.
Peace.

Acryllic Robot

I grabbed this guy half finished from my closet, dusted off the year old dust... and threw down, with lovely help from Jen, I am pleased with the outcome.

I havent named him yet... but sure I will find a name once I find a place to hang him!

48 HOUR FLICK FEST TODAY!

Today, team "FLIM WINDSOR" (no spelling error here) embarks on a journey into world of shoot to edit. Yes that is right, today at 7pm the 48 Hour Flick Fest commences.
We will have my vx and slr readily available for behind the scenes stuff. Which I am sure during post we will be uploading photos and maybe clips here.

Side note: We have 'fanagled' food sponsorships for our project, keeping our minds open and stomachs full.

I hope to be uploading photos of our journey soon.
Keep an eye out over the next, lets say...12 hours.

Until then...peace
Eric Boucher.
